This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our team in designing and developing innovative museum products—ranging from souvenirs and apparel to home decor, stationery, educational materials and their packaging. You’ll ensure these creations authentically represent the museum’s brand and collections while contributing fresh ideas and bringing them to life through teamwork.

This is a full-time, paid position that requires on-site presence for a minimum duration of two months. If you have a passion for cultural heritage, storytelling, and creativity, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

  • Develop prototypes, test functionality, and refine designs to meet high-quality standards.
  • Create engaging presentations and mockups using industry-standard applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and oversee the production process.
  • Maintain organized documentation of design processes, material sources, and production timelines.

  • Enrolled in or a graduate of a design school or related program, such as industrial design, graphic design, or product design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design skills, with a focus on cultural, museum-related, or consumer-focused projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • A keen interest in cultural heritage, branding, and storytelling through design.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Hands-on experience in product design and development.
  • Opportunity to work with a unique cultural institution.
