Dr. J. Devika is a faculty member at the Centre for Development Studies, Trivandrum. Her expertise lies in the field of history, which she skillfully applies to unravel the intricacies of modern-day politics, gender, development, and culture in Kerala. Her contributions to academia span a range of publications in esteemed journals across the fields of history, social sciences, gender studies, and cultural studies. She has authored four academic works in English, further cementing her reputation as a prolific scholar.
